Description

Young people in Gaza want opportunities to contribute to the family income. In a damaged and shrinking economy, vocational training gives them opportunities when times are tough. The Department of Service to Palestinian Refugees runs courses in carpentry, metal and aluminium work, electrical training, secretarial skills and tailoring. Entry is limited.  A special programme for school dropouts can help young people find a path to learning.
